Jawel hoor, ik zat in een dip, maar gelukkig kwam ik daar in een weekendje weer uit. Een change of scenery gaf me voldoende inspiratie om van de bank af te komen en zin te krijgen in bewegen. Kortom, mijn tips voor uit je dip: zoek oorzaak van dip; zoek tevens dat wat je inspiratie geeft;laat je inspireren (en uit dat op welke manier dan ook); laat even de discipline varen.
